ENERGY-SAVING BURNER
1. DC-SW 预混式二次风节能燃烧器通过设计两道助燃风管路,使喷枪的燃烧效率、控制范围大大提高;
燃气和助燃风经过提前在风室内提前混合,使气体充分燃烧,达到节能减排、降低窑内温差、提高产品质量等目的。

2. 高温蓄热式节能燃烧器该设备通过设计蓄热壳体、管路使窑炉烧成段外溢的正压高温热能回收,
在经过风机加压混合后送至助燃风系统,使助燃风温大大提高,减少喷枪燃烧升温能耗, 达到节能减排效果。
